One of the biggest mistakes we see is when entrepreneurs rely on their payroll system to handle their HR.

Payroll is NOT hr. Setting up payroll and paying people is the easiest part of having a team.
That being said, a killer payroll system can make a HUGE difference when it comes to payroll compliance and payroll tax regulations and deadlines. In fact, even in the past 10 years, my life has changed for the better in major ways due to more advanced reporting and automations.
But even the best payroll system doesn’t guarantee HR compliance.
