Here’s how it works:

Week 1: Kickoff Call

Expected time commitment from you: ~ 1 hour

We start with a one-hour call to understand your needs and create a custom job post designed to attract your dream candidate. You’ll collaborate with us on the must-have qualifiers, and we’ll keep you updated through a private Slack channel.

Weeks 2-3: Search & Screening

Expected time commitment from you: ~ 1 hour

We implement a tailored recruiting strategy, source top candidates, and even conduct a paid test project with four qualified contenders to help you see how candidates perform before making a decision.

Weeks 4-5: Final Candidate Review

Expected time commitment from you: ~ 1.5 hours

We present you with three top candidates for final interviews. After interviews and once a hiring decision is made, we’ll handle the offer negotiations and send the offer letter for signature.

Weeks 6: Onboarding 

If you're one of our current clients*, we don’t stop once the offer is signed. We schedule and conduct a seamless new hire orientation, build the employee personnel file, and provide guidance on any necessary state labor laws or new employee registration requirements to ensure your legal and HR compliance.
