Humble Brag Alert!
Ill be honest, it took me a while to figure out exactly what I am passionate enough about in life to make my long term career path. To me, an eternal extrovert, it’s always been tough for me to balance my interest and love for the human side fo business, with the strategic and logical side of my brain that has always helped me make sound choices and decisions.
Finding and diving into HR and Operations as a career has been the perfect marriage of both sides of passion. There’s the inherent flexibility and adaptability of humans, but the comfy cozy feeling of numbers that make so much sense and can help make decisions that affect people.
I was lucky enough to be on my coach, Kelsey Kerslake‘s podcast to talk all about my journey as a business owner. When I started Paradigm Consulting, I had no idea where I would be a year later. Kelsey took one of my services and encouraged and built the map for me to focus on my true zone of genius, HR and People Management, to which I have been lucky enough to find a lot more success and joy in the day to day of running my business.
Kelsey and I had such a great chat, spanning the “origin story” of my business and the emotions that come with the ebbs and flows of a successful team building experience.
Not only has the right business coach made the biggest difference for my bank account, but also my confidence. If you are thinking about finding a business coach or coaching support program, you have got to check out Aligned Business Academy.
