Meet Our Founder
Kira La Forgia is the woman who actually enjoys 1099s, W2s, FMLA, and FLSA. With a decade of experience in People Operations in the corporate world, she is no stranger to the sensitive issues involved in the human side of running a business. Kira launching Paradigm Consulting in 2020.
When she isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her husband and fur babies with a coffee or glass of wine in hand.
