I am thrilled to be featured in one of Haley’s first episodes for her new podcast, Messy in the Middle. On her podcast, Haley and I discuss all the messy parts of running a business, which I think is SO important! On social media it seems like business owners always have their sh*t together, but that’s not always the case.

It can be hard to remember that the impact we’re making goes far beyond the four walls of our office and the conversations we’re having on zoom. Often times the experts we’re learning from are struggling with the same things they are teaching us about. On my to-do list is to write a blog about how great it is to delegate, but I’m still holding tasks really close to my chest. I’m too afraid to let tasks go because I undermine my own self worth.
