    2022 Inclusive Holiday List

    December 28, 2021

Here at Paradigm, we are always looking for ways to incorporate more diverse and inclusive practices into our company culture. As a fully remote company, it can be easy to allow our work to seep into our daily lives, which is all the more reason to intentionally and purposely incorporate inclusive holidays into our annual observation calendar.

So if you haven’t yet, take the time to decide which of the following days your company will observe. And if you don’t have a Floating Holiday policy, now would be a great time to consider implementing one.

Becoming an inclusive company does not mean absently adding more and more days off to the company calendar (although it’s not the worst idea…). As we seek to do better, we want to encourage ourselves and others to not only create space for the experiences and values of other cultures different from our own and what our government has chosen to acknowledge, but also to look to these opportunities to learn more about one another, and to be accepting of each of these beautiful traditions.
