Alison T. McNeil is an award-winning entrepreneur and strategic thinker with over 20 years of experience advancing equity in the performing arts and education.
As founder of MCE, she leads initiatives that address disparities in funding and hiring while coaching and supporting arts leaders. Alison is dedicated to fostering systemic change and empowering others to thrive in their fields.
